It gives us great pleasure to announce that a picnic with family including kids is planned on SUNDAY, the 19^th of December, 2010 at Airport Motel NH8, Gurgaon. A Place not very far from Delhi to keep the venue within reach. The following is proposed:

1.      Timings 10.30 AM till 4:00 PM.

2.      Prizes for early birds. Arrival time 10.30 AM

3.      Rides for children – there are 21 of them + Some Surprises

4.      Party games for all; Ladies and kids included

5.      Sumptuous Vegetarian Lunch ( besides welcome drinks & snacks on arrival )

6.      High tea at departure time

 

The previous picnics have been most memorable and the members and their families have enjoyed to their fill. We are looking for the same this year also. To add new to the picnic mahol, we need your ideas, so think of some more and convey to make it more memorable.

 

All this at a token cost of Rs. 250/- (Single), Rs. 350/- (Couple) & Rs. 500/- for the entire family. In case of family, unlimited rides for the children (permissible age) are complimentary from the FMS Alumni Association. Guests of members are charged @ Rs. 300/- Single, Rs. 500 for Couple and Rs. 600/- for Family of four(including two Children).

Tell your children about this program so that they ensure that you do not make any other program for the day. Tell them to complete their homework in time, prepare in advance for the forthcoming exams and pack their bags and freak-out on a Sunday morning. What is better than having to get some more friends to join? So far we have had occasions to meet in a less informal atmosphere and rather sizeable numbers.
