To celebrate the achievement and reminisce the good old days at FMS Delhi, FMS Alumni Association (FMSAA); a registered body of FMS graduates, organizes get together in the form of City Chapter Meets. Every year, the students interning in the various cities across India and Abroad take the initiative to organize the FMS Alumni City Chapter Meets. The year 2009 saw the meets being organized in Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai, Hyderabad & Singapore.

Such events provide a rare opportunity for the Alumni to  get together and reminisce the good old college days. The Alumni have a nice time meeting friends and colleagues from FMS, explore various ways in which the alumni can contribute to the college, hear from experts, meet people from different walks of life and dine together!

The event is generally held in the month of May and June across various cities in India and Abroad.
